Complaints policy

Aim: To ensure that children and parents are happy with this service and if there are any concerns or problems that they are dressed appropriately.

If you have a complaint or a problem please talk to Belinda regarding this.

You can talk personally with her or put it in writing. She is willing to listen and wants to do what is best for the children and families involved with the setting.

If you feel that you have not been listened too or would like to take it further, you can contact Sandra Ball or The Ministry of Education.

This environment has been set up for the benefit of the children and needs to work for them and the families involved.

It is your setting and you need to feel that you belong.
